The inauguration ceremony of the House of Clubs on May 1, 2024, marked a significant milestone for COEP Tech. This initiative was made possible through the generous donation of the 1969 Batch Alumni, demonstrating their commitment to fostering extracurricular activities and community engagement within the institution. The primary objective of the House of Clubs is to provide a dedicated space for various student clubs of COEP Tech University to convene, collaborate, and innovate. It aims to enhance the student experience by promoting teamwork, leadership, and creativity beyond the traditional classroom setting.

Reflecting on the occasion of its Golden Jubilee Celebration on January 14, 2019, a group of alumni from the 1969 batch—represented by Mr. Ranveersingh Rathore, Mr. Harish Mehta, Mr. Vikram Desai, Mr. Dhananjay Kamlapurkar, and Dr. Sanjay Dhande—pledged to donate funds to COEP. They collectively decided to raise INR 1.00 to 1.10 crore for the construction of a new Club House.

The establishment of the House of Clubs is expected to have a profound impact on campus culture and student engagement. By providing a centralized hub for extracurricular activities, it aims to foster a sense of belonging, encourage interdisciplinary collaboration, and enhance the overall student experience. Through the generosity of the 1969 Batch Alumni and the collective efforts of all stakeholders, this initiative is poised to nurture future leaders and change-makers. It stands as a living testament to the enduring legacy of alumni generosity and the spirit of philanthropy that continues to shape the institution’s future.
