Dr. C. V. Kand was 1953 alumnus of COEP. He contributed in the field of bridges, buildings, rehabilitation of structures and standardizations in Madhya Pradesh, Scholar of Indian temple architecture and anskrit Pandit, did Doctorate on behavior of fast moving rivers on bridge structures at the age of 77.
